Complaints
According to Art. 57, item 4 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the concluded distance contract when the subject of delivery is:
"goods that, due to their nature, may deteriorate or have a short shelf life".
The products offered in the "Live Juice" e-store are frozen food products that are subject to special storage conditions and have a limited shelf life.
For this reason, complaints, returns and cancellations are not accepted, except in cases of:
• proven non-compliance of the delivered product with the order;
• damaged shipment upon delivery (visible upon receipt);
• expired expiration date at the time of delivery.
In such cases, the customer should notify the merchant immediately, within 24 hours of receipt, by attaching photographs and the order number. Refunds or replacements are made at the discretion of the merchant, after checking the signal.
