Why “LIVING JUICE”?

In our mission to preserve the maximum beneficial properties of every organic fruit, we at “Living Juice” have firmly rejected all commonly used preservation methods:

1. Pasteurization – although effective for extending shelf life, high temperatures destroy valuable vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and amino acids, and also alter the natural taste.

2. HPP (High Pressure Processing) – even without direct heating, the process raises the product’s temperature, which leads to loss of freshness and nutritional quality.

3. Additives and enhancers – we do not allow any sugars, colorants, preservatives, emulsifiers, or other artificial ingredients in our juice.

Our solution?

We created LIVING JUICE – 100% cold-pressed from the ripest certified organic fruits, then immediately frozen at -40°C. We call this process “gentle hibernation” — a careful preservation method that protects the fruit’s natural qualities until the moment of consumption.

Why is it “living”?

After thawing at 5°C, the juice awakens, just like freshly pressed juice. And like any truly fresh juice, it is alive — it naturally begins to ferment after approximately:

15 days in the refrigerator, or

4 days at room temperature

How is LIVING JUICE made?

We carefully select the highest-quality organic fruits from trusted Bulgarian producers.

We wash and air-dry them.

We cold-press them without additives.

We bottle the juice immediately.

We freeze it at -40°C to preserve freshness.

We store it at -20°C until delivery.

How to store it?

You receive Living Juice frozen. You can store it in a freezer at -18°C until the expiration date.

Thawing: leave it in the refrigerator (5°C) for about 24 hours.

If it arrives thawed but less than 72 hours have passed since shipping, store it in the refrigerator until the date shown on the cap.

Do not store at room temperature for more than 3 days! This is living juice — it ferments naturally.
