Why We Said "NO" to Pasteurization

We believe that nature has already created the perfect taste. Our mission is simply to preserve it as it is — alive, fresh, and full of energy.

That’s why we do not pasteurize our juices. But what does pasteurization actually mean, and why did we choose to avoid it?

Pasteurization is a process of briefly heating food or beverages to a high temperature (usually between 60°C and 90°C) in order to destroy bacteria and extend shelf life.

It is a standard practice in the food industry — used for milk, wine, juices, and other products that are stored for long periods at room temperature.

However, while pasteurization protects the product, it also has its downsides. Heat changes the taste and destroys some of the natural enzymes, vitamins, and aromatic compounds that make fruit juice truly alive and beneficial.

Why We Do Not Pasteurize

Our approach is different.

Instead of heating the juice, we cold-press it from 100% organic fruit and freeze it immediately at -40°C. This preserves every drop of freshness, every note of aroma, and every nutrient the fruit contains.

This means:

True taste – no heat treatment, no loss of natural sweetness and aroma.

Maximum preservation of vitamins and enzymes – because they do not tolerate high temperatures.

No additives – no sugar, no preservatives, no colorants. Only the fruit, exactly as it is.

Frozen at the moment of perfection – our way of “locking in” freshness until it reaches you.
